Documentación Básica
Adjuntar a la Solicitud de Préstamo debidamente cubierta y firmada lo siguiente:
Documentos de identidad del solicitante y cónyuge.
Recibo de luz, agua o teléfono fijo.
Autovaluo / Impuesto al Valor Patrimonial Predial.

Adicionalmente se presentará según sea el caso:

Trabajador Dependiente:
Boleta de Pago de los últimos tres meses (solicitante y cónyuge).

Trabajador Independiente:
Profesional:
Copia del Registro Único del Contribuyente (RUC).
Recibo por Honorarios Profesionales de los últimos tres meses.
Declaración Jurada de Renta de Cuarta Categoría de los dos últimos años.

Comerciante:
Copia del Registro Único del Contribuyente (RUC).
Copia de tres últimos pagos por IGV a la Sunat.
Declaración Jurada del Impuesto a la Renta de la Empresa.

Además de la documentación antes indicada, se deberá presentar la siguiente documentación técnica para la formalización de la garantía hipotecaria:
Certificado Registral Inmobiliario (CRI) o Certificado de Gravámen, con fecha no mayor a una semana.
Comprobante de pago del Impuesto Predial cancelado de todo el ejercicio en curso.
Hoja Resúmen (HR) y Declaración Jurada de Autovalúo (PU).

En el caso de los vendedores:

Si se trata de personas naturales, documentos de identidad.
Si se trata de personas jurídicas, acta de Sesión de Directorio o Junta General de Accionistas en el que se faculte al apoderado(s) a vender el inmueble, Copia Literal actualizada de la Ficha o Partida Registral de la empresa, Estatuto Social de la empresa, Vigencia de Poder de los representantes de la empresa y documentos de identidad de éstos.

Well that's kind of the point. There isn't a horde of white guys with british accents coming over in loads and loads. Running around committing all sorts of crimes and speaking in a different language. I think some racial profiling is going to occur. However that is what this problem is about, too many illegal Mexicans.

It is a drastic law in that way in some respects but I think its needed. Imagine if one day thousands and thousands of people started flocking to your neighborhood. They did not speak your language and started taking your jobs. At some point you have to say ok wait a second, we have to stop this before it gets out of control.

In America's case it is already out of control. We are just reaching for straws on ways to curb the flow. Just like the oil well that needed to be capped. They sat around trying to figure out how to cap it or who should cap it, meanwhile tons of oil spilt out everywhere. Then after it was already a very bad situation they had to try unconventional ways of capping it.

I don't want to say that illegal Mexican immigrants are a poison but, they kind of are to the country when they are out of control like this. They are illegal and committing crimes just to be let back into the streets. We should be able to defend ourselves against all foreign threats and this is a definite real problem for many, many Americans. [See Similar Topics]
